Your responsibilities as a Marketing Coordinator

Job Description
We are looking for a *part-time Markteing Coordinator* with solid, recent *Salesforce experience* to join our marketing team. Salesforce is a crucial aspect of this role, and recent, extensive experience with this platform is a non-negotiable requirement. You will be responsible for setting up and managing campaigns through Salesforce and collaborating closely with our sales team and other departments to support and expand our marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • *Create and manage e-campaigns* via Salesforce, targeting both end-users and our distribution partners;
  • *Develop and execute social media marketing* through Salesforce;
  • Assist with product launches and contribute to building the marketing section within our Product Information Management (PIM) system;
  • The PIM links to content on our international website (in 11 languages), including coordinating translations with third-party providers;
  • Manage stakeholders and collaborate with various departments, including IT, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies;
  • Monitor and analyze data to improve the effectiveness of campaigns and content.

We are looking for a professional with

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field (marketing, business administration, etc);
  • 2 to 5 years of work experience, with *recent and proven Salesforce expertise*, specifically in campaign management;
  • Experience in setting up content and campaigns for international websites and coordinating translations;
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and proactively within a multidisciplinary team.
