Your responsibilities as a Marketing Communications Specialist ad interim
Own full list of Customer facing Touchpoints:
- Update branding;
- Update and maintain terminology;
- Run any ongoing changes.
Translations
- Own the process;
- Coordinate all content translations.
Content Production: produce or manage agency partners (100% and others) in the creation of new content:
- New website content;
- Update and maintain website FAQs;
- New email marketing content;
- Flyers and/or printed materials content;
- SOPs';
- Social Media content (LinkedIn).
Trade fair support
- Marketing materials;
- Stand and rollups;
- Gifts.
Communication planning
- Own planning of content calendar across touchpoints (press, email, website, social, campaigns);
- Report on results of communication across touchpoints.
Content Publishing in tools
- Create new campaigns and emails in Pardot;
- Create landing pages and forms in Pardot;
- Send out campaigns and emails in Pardot;
- Update website content in Wordpress;
- Publish content in Social Media;
- Upload videos on Vimeo and Youtube.
We are looking for a professional with
Candidate Requirements- Can be fulfilled by a Junior / Mid experience communication specialist: 2 or 3 years work experience;
- Person must have operational knowledge of the tools: Pardot, Wordpress, LinkedIn, Translation Tool, Google Analytics;
- Or have hands-on operational experience in other email marketing, marketing automation, CMS tools and the capacity to quickly capture how to use the CC tools to deliver communications to customers;
- Project management and planning:
- Structure and organization;
- Keen eye for details;
- Follow through of input from stakeholders;
- Good management of timelines;
- Preferred a background in Digital Marketing and understanding of User Experience and UI so that can improve the customer experience of the deliverables (example: define a different content experience for Mobile and Desktop user);
- Ownership of the topics.
