Your main tasks

For our client Container Centralen, based in Hoofddorp we are currently looking for a Marketing & Communications Coördinator.

As Marketing & Communications Coördinator you are the central person for all (internal and external) CC communication & marketing, as well the execution. You develop andexecute all kinds of initiatives with support from CC colleagues and external suppliers where required.CC is in the middle of a digitalisation journey and one of the first projects you will be working on is communication about the implementation of our new CC digital systems. Other examples of projects where you will be working on are the re-design of the website, online lead generation and the Sustainability program. You will be reporting to the Manager Marketing & Digital Services.

Your main tasks

  • CC’s internal and external communication and marketing and execution;
  • Drafting and implementing CC’s marketing and communication and content strategy;Monitoring the marketing budget;
  • Conceiving, setting up, evaluating and optimising all online and offline marketing campaigns and assisting in the organisation of virtual and physical events;
  • Creating, coordinating and evaluating all external content, such as: social media (paid and organic), advertisements (SEA), website (SEO) and press;
  • Creating and developing sales support materials;
  • Defining and setting up a Translation process. Ensuring all marketing communications are consistently translated via a repeatable process (including a translation engine and language specialist who support in proofreading);
  • Liaising with external agencies (PR, stand builders, photography, etc.)connected with own projects and tasks;
  • Advising on communication approach internally and externally;
  • Developing and manage CC’s corporate identity;
  • Managing all marketing and communications suppliers;
  • Plan, manage and execute trade show participations and CC events;
  • Participate in CC’s workgroups/projects when required.

Your competences

You are creative, like to work independently and take initiatives to bring things further and finish in time. You have an analytical mindset and use data to make decisions. Your planning & coordination skills are good, because you have to be able to handle multiple topics at the same time. You make sure execution of the plans happens in time and quality, this means ensuring branding and terminology is always on spot. It goes without saying that your communication skills are excellent on all levels.

Needs/competences

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or Communications or Business Management;
  • 2 to 3 years work experience in marketing and/or communications work field;
  • Strong digital marketing skills.You have experience using CMS tools (like Wordpress), Marketing Automation (like Pardot) and Analytical tools (Like Google Analytics);
  • Handsoperational experience in other email marketing, marketing automation, CMS tools and the capacity to quickly capture how to use the CC tools to deliver communications to customers;
  • Data & Analytics mindset: has a keen eye for data, understands how data structure impacts communication and is able to dive into different tools to self-analyze and propose improvements on the setup and on how data is utilized to drive customer value;
  • A customer focus and good understanding of User Experience and UI so that can improve the customer experience of the deliverables (example: define a different content experience for Mobile and Desktop user);
  • Experience in a logistical company and affinity with the horticultural market would be considered an advantage;
  • Fluent in English.

Renumeration package

  • A competitive salary depending on your background and experience;
