As Managing Consultant, Rutger is responsible for business development, interim management, executive search and recruitment & selection of higher educated professionals. He is also an inspiring sparring partner for international marketers and senior sales professionals looking to take the next step.
Rutger himself has many experience in the field. In 2017, after years of marketing (management) career at, among others FMCG and Media & Entertainment, he made the successful transition to the world of recruitment and consultancy. That is why he knows the commerce, als well as th edynamics and success factors of qualitative recruitment from inside out.
He brings a lot of energy, personal involvement and knowledge to the table. He always tries to get the most out of it, both for client and candidate. And is not only happy about achieving short-term goals, but especially about building sustainable, open and successful partnerships.
In his spare time, he can be found at music and food festivals or at the beach. He enjoys cooking with his partner and friends or is active in sports.
